Pokéworks is located on W 37th St and right side of 6th Ave. It’s a little shop next to the ginormous Chick-Fil-A. The atmosphere is really small and cozy and the service is great. They do their best to keep the line running even though it’s super crowded. Pokéworks is a Hawaiian based restaurant. The way it works is you first choose from Poké Bowl, Pokiritto, or Poké Salad. Then you start building! One base, two proteins, and unlimited toppings and veggies (with the exception of Avocado and Wasabi Tobiko), and then top it all off with your choice of sauce. I chose the Salmon Shiso Pokébowl with a quinoa base. The toppings I added to my bowl were crab salad, masago, wonton chips, garlic flakes and onion flakes. The mixture of the bowl was perfection. The texture and flavor felt really refreshing as if you were sitting by the ocean. Maybe not in this brick city weather. It is a little bang to your bucks. Did I also mention that they have sushi burritos?!
